Delivery Schedule:

• Standard Delivery (2-5 business days):
  • Free for all orders over £30
  • For all orders below £30 a £2.89 charge will apply.
  • Orders placed before 3pm, Monday through Friday, will be dispatched the same business day.
  • Orders placed after 3pm, Monday through Friday, will be dispatched the following business day.
  • Delivered by Royal Mail within 2-5 working days after dispatch (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays).
• Express Delivery (1-3 business days):
  • Orders placed before 3pm, Monday through Friday, will be dispatched the same business day.
  • Orders placed after 3pm, or on weekends and Bank Holidays, will be dispatched the next working day.
  • Delivered by Royal Mail within 1-3 working days after dispatch (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays).

Important Information:

• For Next Day Delivery, orders must be placed before 3pm, Monday through Friday, to arrive the next day. For example, an order placed at 2pm on Monday will be delivered on Tuesday, while an order placed at 4pm on Monday will be dispatched on Tuesday and delivered on Wednesday.
• Orders placed after 3pm on Friday or over the weekend will be dispatched the next business day. For example, an order placed at 4pm on Friday will be dispatched on Monday and delivered on Tuesday if the appropriate shipping option is selected.
• Delivery to the Isle of Man, Channel Islands, and Scottish Highlands may take an additional 1-2 days beyond the stated delivery timeframe.
• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Delayed Deliveries:

If the expected delivery timeframe has passed and your order has not arrived, please contact us. Although our carriers occasionally experience delays beyond our control, we will work with them to locate your parcel and provide you with further information.
